my bedroom was very small and a little uncomfortable because of this....also it would be much better to be able open the windows for some fresh air!!!maybe then the room would not get so stuffy!!

a bit dissapointed as I was fined 1300 for smoking in the room despite the fact that I had booked a smoking room.

Great value for money, with a lovely, clean room and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Solsiden area, close to restaurants, shops, and the old town. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

In the morning, I indulged in a vitamin-packed breakfast at the spacious restaurant. The selection of bread, toppings, cereals, and yogurts was simply delightful. It was like being a kid in a candy store, except with healthier options.

Tv remote control did not work. The room was rather small.

They have a barception, perfect for when I need a drink after a long day of exploring. The rooftop terrace is a great spot for my morning coffee, if I can handle the noise from the ventilation system.

The height of the reception counter was just perfect, but unfortunately, it was the only thing that was.

The location, just off the city center and attached to the Nidelven River, is perfect for enjoying scenic walks and exploring the neighborhood's many excellent restaurants.

No complaints, everything was just fine.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. They allowed us to check in early and even surprised us with a room featuring a bathtub, which made my daughter's day! The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was mind-blowing! The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable beds exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal, close to the Central Station and all the main attractions. Additionally, having a gym nearby was a super bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone we know.

Great facilities and location

Stayed in the hotel for a business trip and I was impressed by the modern facilities and good location in the new business district. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. The breakfast buffet was a highlight and offered both hot and cold options. The nearby road full of restaurants and bars was a plus.

Excellent location near the city center for scenic walks and great access to multiple quality restaurants by the river. Hotel parking available at the back. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch with fast wifi. The staff was friendly and happy to assist, and the breakfast was great with a variety of food options.

Scandic Solsiden Trondheim is a great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The hotel's location, just off the city center and attached to the Nidelven River, offers easy access to multiple good quality restaurants and scenic walks. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable with good beds and an excellent view. The breakfast is a highlight, with lovely fresh coffee from a proper coffee machine.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the hotel's free and fast Wi-Fi, and the great selection of breakfast foods. The hotel's central location was also very convenient as it was close to the main attractions and public transport. An added bonus was the cozy fireplace in the lobby, which added a warm atmosphere to the hotel.

The room was not very soundproof, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. the hotel's bar did not have a very extensive menu, and there were limited food options nearby.
